Transaction Ledger
Complete history of every ADD, REMOVE, TRANSFER, and CREATE action — retained for 45 days or the last 100 transactions.
Item Catalog
Administrators manage the master catalog of item types — each with a name, category, and optional image URL for display.
Item Highlights
Members can star up to 5 favorite items per vault. Highlighted items receive a golden glow treatment and priority display.
Admin Controls
Administrators control all accounts — create and delete members, manage inventory quantities, and oversee the entire community archive.
